BDLC provides quality childcare to children 6 weeks old to 6 years old. We are seeking teen volunteers who would be interested in helping our teachers in the classroom. Ideally volunteer shifts are 2 hours a week, once a week after school or during vacation periods. Our volunteer teaching aids help BDLC staff provide our children with enriching experiences. Come be apart of a child’s fantasy. We are especially interested in volunteers with an interest in art, music, theatre, dance, or reading. Teens who once attended BDLC are especially encouraged to come back. We are located one block from the YMCA and can use volunteer assistance Monday – Friday, between 8:30am to 6pm. BDLC is seeking volunteers to help support our Teachers in the classroom. BDLC provides developmentally appropriate child care to children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Individuals ideally volunteer 2 hours per week and help as assistants to our experienced child care staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking direct work experience in an accredited child care center.
