| One of the best things about BDLC is our administration, staff, teachers, and board! BDLC hires and retains highly qualified teachers. A large percentage of our teachers have a college degree in early childhood education or a CDA license. Our adminstration and staff all have expertise in their various positions. Our board of directors is made up primarily of BDLC parents who volunteer time and resources to manage policy and administrative development at BDLC. |
